Terms and Conditions – 777ss Pakistan Gaming Platform

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777ss website at 777ss.onl, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in using this platform.
• You accept that gaming involves risk, and that you may lose the funds you deposit.

These terms apply to all areas of the 777ss platform including slots, fish games, bingo, sports betting, bonuses, promotions, account management and customer support interactions.

02. Account Registration

To use the real-money features of 777ss, you must register an account. During registration you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and a valid Pakistan-based payment method. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 777ss. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person — whether through the same device, IP address, payment method or identity documents — all duplicate accounts will be closed. The balance of the first registered account will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; balances on duplicate accounts are forfeited.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 777ss will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other communication channel.
• Account ownership: Your 777ss account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold or gifted to another person. Allowing a third party to use your account, whether paid or otherwise, is a breach of these terms.
• Contact details: You must keep your registered contact number and payment details up to date. 777ss is not responsible for delays to withdrawals or missed notifications caused by outdated account information.

03. Identity Verification

777ss applies identity verification (commonly referred to as KYC — Know Your Customer) as part of its commitment to account security and responsible operation. Verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed and may also be requested at any time if unusual account activity is detected.

The documents typically required for verification include:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC) showing both front and back.
• A recent screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment account (JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, or bank account) registered on your 777ss account.
• In some cases, a selfie holding your CNIC may be requested to confirm that the account holder and the identity document belong to the same person.

Verification documents should be submitted through the account dashboard. Processing normally takes one business day. 777ss does not share your identity documents with any third party beyond what is necessary for the verification process itself. 04. Deposits

All deposits on 777ss are processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion charges. Supported deposit methods are:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing from a third-party wallet or bank account is not permitted and will result in the deposit being returned and potentially the account being flagged for review.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit flow inside your account.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your 777ss balance within a few minutes of the transaction being completed on your mobile wallet. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing time.
• 777ss does not charge fees on deposits. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside of 777ss's control and are your responsibility.
• If a deposit does not reflect in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number and the amount deposited.

05. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 777ss balance are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your registered name. The key conditions for withdrawals are as follows:

• Verification required: Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is released. See Section 3 for details on the verification process.
• Real money balance: Only funds from your real-money balance (not bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) are available for withdrawal. The breakdown of your balance is visible in your account dashboard.
• Processing times: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during standard platform hours. Raast transfers normally complete the same day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days depending on your bank.
• Withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Name matching: The name on your withdrawal destination account must match the name on your 777ss account. Withdrawal requests to mismatched accounts will be declined and you will be asked to provide a correctly named alternative.
• No fees: 777ss does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet on receipt of a transfer are outside 777ss's control.

06. Bonuses and Promotions

777ss runs a range of promotions including a welcome deposit bonus for new players, weekly free spins for active slots players and cricket-specific promotions timed around PSL fixtures and international matches. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering requirements: Every bonus on 777ss carries a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount, as specified per promotion) that must be met before the bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the Promotions page.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus can be held at any time. If you have an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement and accept another bonus, the terms of the newer bonus will apply from acceptance.
• Welcome bonus eligibility: The welcome deposit bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. Players who have previously held a 777ss account, or who have already completed a first deposit under a different promotion, are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
• Game contribution: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%. Fish games, bingo and sports betting contribution rates are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Bets placed on a game that contributes 0% to wagering will not count toward clearing a bonus.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to abuse the bonus system through duplicate accounts, coordinated betting patterns or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine play is prohibited. 777ss reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where abuse is identified.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of being credited. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain at the point of expiry will be removed from your balance. Expiry dates are shown in your account bonus tracker.

07. Sports Betting Rules

777ss offers sports betting with a strong focus on cricket — covering PSL, T20 and ODI internationals, and other Pakistan cricket fixtures throughout the year. Football and esports markets are also available. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• Bet acceptance: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Where significant market movements occur between placing and confirmation, the system will display updated odds for your review before the bet is finalised.
• Match abandonment: If a cricket match is abandoned or cancelled before the minimum number of overs required for an official result (as defined by the relevant governing body), all single bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. Accumulator bets that include an abandoned match will have that leg treated as a void, with the accumulator reduced to the remaining selections.
• DLS and rain rules: Where a match result is decided by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, the DLS result is treated as the official match result for betting settlement purposes.
• Obvious errors: Where odds are published due to a technical error that results in clearly incorrect prices (for example, odds of 100/1 on a strong match favourite), 777ss reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes. This will only be applied in cases of genuine error and not used to void legitimately priced bets.
• In-play betting: In-play markets are subject to temporary suspension during key moments in a match (wickets, boundaries, strategic timeouts). Bets placed and confirmed before a suspension are honoured at the accepted odds.
• Accumulator bets: Accumulator bets are available for cricket and other supported sports. All selections in an accumulator must win for the accumulator to pay out. Void legs (abandoned matches) reduce the accumulator rather than settling as a loss. Push outcomes (draws on match spread markets where offered) are treated according to the specific market rules displayed at bet placement.
• Maximum payouts: Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are displayed in the betting section of the platform. Bets correctly placed that would result in a payout above the stated maximum will be paid to the maximum limit.

08. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on 777ss — including slots, fish games and bingo — use certified random number generation to determine outcomes. The results of each game round are independently determined and are not influenced by the outcome of previous rounds or by the size of the bet placed.

• Return to Player (RTP): Each slot title in the 777ss library has a published RTP percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term return to players across a large number of game rounds. RTP figures are available within the game information panel for each title. RTP is a statistical measure over millions of game rounds and does not guarantee any specific outcome in a single session.
• Disconnections: If your internet connection drops during a game round that is in progress, the round will be completed according to the game outcome determined by the server at the point of disconnection. The result will be recorded in your game history and your balance will be adjusted accordingly when you next log in.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction that produces an incorrect game result, 777ss reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake. Malfunctions in 777ss's favour will likewise be corrected and the correct outcome applied where it can be determined. A documented malfunction voids all pays and play on the affected round.
• Bingo rooms: Bingo jackpots and prize pools displayed in the lobby are current at the time of display and may fluctuate before a room session completes. Final prize amounts are confirmed at the close of each bingo session.

09. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777ss. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, investigation and — where the breach is confirmed — permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets, play games or interact with the platform in any way.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or promotions more than once.
• Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name.
• Colluding with other players in card games, bingo or any other game where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, interface errors or pricing mistakes for financial gain without reporting them to 777ss support.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing members of the 777ss support team or other players in any shared platform environment.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent any restriction applied to your account or location.

If you become aware of a bug, pricing error or any other technical issue that could be exploited for unfair gain, you are required to report it to support immediately and refrain from taking advantage of it. Players who report genuine platform errors in good faith will not be penalised.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

777ss may suspend or close an account at its discretion where a breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected or confirmed. The process followed in most cases is:

1. Temporary suspension: The account is suspended pending investigation. You will be notified by the contact details on your account.
2. Investigation: Our team reviews the account activity, transaction records and any supporting evidence. This typically takes three to five business days, though complex cases may take longer.
3. Resolution: If the investigation finds no breach, the account is reinstated and any withheld withdrawals are released. If a breach is confirmed, the account is closed and any balance outcome is determined based on the nature of the breach.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after any applicable withdrawal processing time. Active bonus balances at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

Self-exclusion — a form of voluntary closure specifically for responsible gaming reasons — is handled separately and is described in Section 12.

11. Privacy and Data

777ss collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, identity verification and transaction processing. The types of data collected, how it is stored, how long it is retained and the circumstances under which it may be shared with third parties are all set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms and Conditions.

Key points relevant to Pakistan users:

• Your CNIC details and payment account information are used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes and are not shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
• Your contact number is used for account-related communications. 777ss will not use your number for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data 777ss holds about you. Such requests should be made through the support channel.

12. Responsible Gaming

777ss takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming is intended as entertainment and should always be approached with a predetermined budget and time limit in mind. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount from within your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased, to prevent impulsive increases in the heat of a session.
• Session time reminders: Set a session duration reminder that will notify you when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude your account from all gaming activity. A temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) locks your account completely for the chosen period. 13. Limitation of Liability

777ss provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. 777ss is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Temporary platform downtime for maintenance or unplanned technical outages.
• Internet connectivity issues on your end that cause disruption to a gaming session.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank networks).
• Errors in bet placement resulting from the player entering incorrect selections or stake amounts.
• Losses arising from a player sharing their account credentials with a third party.

In all cases, 777ss's liability to any individual player is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time a claim arises. 777ss is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind.

14. Changes to Terms

777ss reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal processing rules, bonus wagering requirements or prohibited conduct definitions — registered players will be notified via the contact details on their account at least seven days before the changes take effect.

For minor clarifications or corrections that do not substantively change player rights or obligations, updates may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Continued use of the 777ss platform following the effective date of any updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
